OUR HANDMADE BULK BISCOTTI
SIX FLAVORS OF BISCOTTI!
Our biscotti is rich and slightly softer in texture as we use an abundance of the more expensive ingredients -- nuts and butter! As our biscotti is not rock-hard, your customers may elect to dip or not! We still choose to hand dip our biscotti because no machine can give the smooth rounded corners and drizzle down the sides that spells "homemade"! We proudly make 6 flavors of biscotti:
Amaretto - Almonds galore with a rich buttery flavor!
Cioccolato - Our Amaretto biscotti hand dipped in deep dark chocolate!
Classico - Chocolate biscotti with chocolate bits, orange zest and packed with hazelnuts!
Divino - Our Classico is hand dipped in chocolate for a chocolate lover's dream!
Limone - Lemon zest and hazelnuts for a light citrus treat with coffee or tea!
Anisette - Anise seeds and full of walnuts for a traditional Italian taste of licorice!
THREE SIZES OF BULK BISCOTTI!
GRANDE SIZE - 50 per case
At a whopping 2.5 ounces chocolate dipped and 2.0 ounces undipped, our Grande size offers a hearty treat that strongly says quality and value! For easy reordering, we package the Grande size fifty to a case which perfectly fills our decorated display jars. Each Grande is 5.5" x 2" x 1".
MEZZO SIZE - 80 per case
Our more traditional Mezzo size is a hefty 1.7 ounces chocolate dipped and 1.3 ounces undipped. Compare and save!!!! We package eighty of the Mezzo size biscotti per case as that again exactly fills our display jar. Each Mezzo is 5.5" x 1.5" x 1".

PETITE SIZE - 100 per case
The Petite size, offered only in our Amaretto and Cioccolato flavors, are only 3 inches long yet are .9 ounces chocolate dipped and .7 ounces undipped. They are priced perfectly for catering or as a beverage compliment! Each Petite is 3" x 1.5" x 1".
